Judges Didn't Agree!

The JVS had a Christmas Door contest for a few years. Not this year, though. HVAC won every year. They had a robot standing in the hallway and attached it to their lab door with duct work of some kind. One has to admit it was a pretty impressive display, but HVAC seemed to be streching the rules somewhat. The CIT students had a great idea using old cd's and used, shiny Christmas paper to form a Christmas tree on our lab door. The students all thought it was awesome, and when finished we couldn't take our eyes off it. How did the judges miss the creativity, the color, the originality, and the recycling aspect?
